To request a return, exchange, or refund for an order made through 2Checkout, please contact our ecommerce provider via email at support@2checkout.com, by phone at +31 88 000 0008, or through your 2Checkout account. Please provide the order number and reason for your return to expedite the process. 2Checkout commits to responding to you within 2 days via email, with the possibility of extending the timeframe in special circumstances.
For payments made via direct debit, returns can only be processed after a 6-week settlement period established by banks. 2Checkout will review and respond to return requests after this period concludes.
Return, exchange, or refund requests are accepted within 30 days from the date of order placement through 2Checkout. This period may be extended for certain special cases and products at the discretion of 2Checkout.
