The incremental backup feature is grayed out

It is possible that you try to back up an unsupported type of data. Handy Backup doesn’t support incremental backup of several types of data:

  • Windows Registry;
  • HDD image backup;
  • Database backup including MSSQL backup and Exchange server backup.

Support for incremental backup of these data is in implementation.
